The site is powered by StayAt HotelApart AB (StayAt). By using the site you agree, on each occasion, the terms of the design. These conditions apply to the use of the Site.

StayAt may make additions, renew or improve the information on the site. StayAt reserves the right at any time to modify, add, or remove all or part of the site. If you continue to use StayAt website after changes have been posted on this page, you automatically approve the changes of the conditions.

Content created by the user

With user generated content means anything such as website visitors create or upload to the site, e.g. status updates, posts, uploaded photos or comments in social media, forums, etc. If you use such functions on StayAt website you are automatically responsible for the content that you are responsible to answer for if required. StayAt have the right to completely or partially remove content that, in whole or in part, is contrary to Swedish law, that may be considered unethical or immoral, or that in other ways are likely to cause damage to StayAt. StayAt has the right to take further action as may be necessary to prevent abuse.

Limitation of liability

StayAt leaves no guarantees of current site availability, functionality, or content’s accuracy. StayAt cannot be held responsible for any damages that directly or indirectly affect the user or a third party due to the use of the site or its content.


All information on credit or debit card numbers, expiration date and billing and shipping addresses, provided in connection with the transactions will be used by StayAt, or other on our behalf, to process the transaction. The information is stored on a secure, encrypted server (SSL) and can be used by StayAt to facilitate and personalize future transactions and deals.
